While honey may have been the first solution that was tried, as it began to grow in worldwide popularity, many cultures began to try their own sugaring agents, until the process was refined and perfected into the hair removal procedure that we know today. While some mistakenly believe sugaring to be the same as waxing, the more common of the two hair removal processes, sugaring has many benefits over its harsher and more painful counterpart.
